Jiangyin Hongteng Machinery Co., Ltd. is a leading Chinese manufacturer of precision hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic equipment and cold drawn products.

Licensed to export, we have supplied quality hydraulic and cold drawn products to international customers since 1990.

Our products are strong, durable and ready for use with many standard machines. We also make customized hydraulic equipment and parts for non-standard machines.

We have developed an extensive product range including hydraulic systems, hydraulic cylinder tubes, hydraulic cylinders, chrome plated rods, cold drawing machines and straighteners.

We are located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province in mainland China.

We have established long-term partnerships with major local and international companies including Caterpillar, Linde Group, Daewoo Motors, Sany Group and Hyundai Motor Company.

Production capacity

We have grown steadily to meet our product demand. Our 80,000 square metre facility currently outputs 150,000 hydraulic cylinders, 3,000 tones of cylinder tubes (cold drawn tubes, honed tubes and roller burnished tubes) and 1 million piston rods per annum.

Industry certification and government affiliation

We have earned several industry certifications including ISO 9000:2000, ISO 9000:2008 and TüV Mark, an important safety certification in Germany and Europe.

We are members of the government affiliated China Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Seals Association (CHPSA) and the China National Coal Machinery Association (CMIA).

Product and service quality

With over 500 technicians, developers, quality assurance and service staff, we work closely with businesses to understand their needs and design, build, maintain and deliver solutions to their specific requirements. Our technical support extends well after the product has left the factory.

We partner with local universities and research institutions to find ways to improve our technology and processes. Customer feedback also helps us to refine and adapt our products to the different needs of international markets.
